parts for 5-spd swap (s13)

i still need the following parts to complete me auto to 5 spd swap on my 91 s13.

i need:
Clutch master cylinder
Clutch line from master to slave including the box on the frame rail
Clutch slave cylinder
Sleeve on the end of the transmission for the driveshaft
Speed sensor from a 5 speed
Brake pedal
Clutch pedal with entire bracket

i live in chesterfield, missouri, 63017
so let me know how much it will be for shipping and all that...
