I relocated my battery to the trunk in my S13 and I am running 1gauge wire to the front of the car and I want to use a splitter and run two 4 gauge wires-one to the fuse box and one to the starter. I dont know jack about electronics or amps/fuses etc so I need to know which fuse type to go with...heres what Im lookin at

ya that will work you can use any distribution block, just mount it in the bay somewere and run your wires to fuse box/starter

well you can go with something that doesnt have a fuse like this StreetWires DBX3434 3-way power distribution block 4-gauge inputs and outputs at Crutchfield.com (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_211DBX3434/StreetWires-DBX3434.html?tp=3001)
im not sure how many amps you would need for the fuses though sorry man.

I ran 1/0 and got this from sounddomain when they were blowing them out StreetWires Combo AGU Fused Distribution Block 4-way/4-gauge at Crutchfield.com (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-lMjSJ3JTxeo/p_211CBR44A/StreetWires-Combo-AGU-Fused-Distribution-Block.html)
Keep in mind you should fuse up and downline from the battery for the main line 150a may be ok...I run 200a...at the block I break it out for whatever I am running downstream.

roll with the 150a cuz the starter is goin to pull alot of amps when you crank the engine
