ok so i just found out one of my favorite sodas, Cactus Cooler is only available in southern California and a few other select places. i was not aware of this, anybody have any other regional foods that i should know about?
http://i85.photobucket.com/albums/k79/nismothecat/cac.jpg
when i went to Montreal for a hockey tournament they had Poutine(french fries, gravy and cheese),some really good stuff. but ive never seen it anywhere but Montreal.
since ive only been a few places besides California. what else am i missing out on?

Was I supposed to do that? Damn, hit me up.
Anyway, for those who don't know:
Cheerwine, the Cherry different soft drink.
"It’s difficult to capture the flavor of Cheerwine with words. It is sometimes referred to as a cherry cola, but that really doesn’t do the beverage justice. The almond based cherry flavoring gives it a very unique flavor."
No alcohol content, it was called wine because of it's dark color. It was originally created in 1917 and trademarked in 1926, so it's not as old as Pepsi or Coke. It's very tasty though, especially when consumed from a glass bottle.

you guys know about sun drop?
bigOdom1
04-30-2009, 04:27 PM
damn sure sun drop is a lot like a squirt.
citrus soda ftw. colas leave a film in my mouth instead of the refreshing taste that most citrus sodas have
oh btw my friend is from tenn. and they always bring a bunch home when they go visit. he would have a sun drop limit on us when they ran low

Yes! on the Iron Beer and Inca Cola. My uncle actually used to own Papaya Sunrise/Salvieti, which was a similar soda. He sold it to Coca Cola a few years back, but I'm not sure if they ever did anything with it.
Someone asked about In-N-Out: SoCal, NorCal, and Vegas as far as I know.
