Any cheap shop in San Diego that can take off 2 bolts?

Doing a kouki front end conversion and ive been stuck with fenders....
one bolt is rounded out and we tried using the sears craftsman bolt remover and didnt work, vice grips, etc.
also another bolt just keeps going in circles and circles.
let me know, would like to do this sunday.

drill the head off or grind it off.
if not power by max should be able to take care of u

if u had a welder u could weld a good bolt or a rod to pull on to the bolt.

dude the drill didnt work...... also powered by max is closed on sundays.
anyone know of any shops? its just 2 bolts......i live near mira mesa and miramar
