Eh... I say just get the pivot. It's the easiest. The only problem I have with it, is the headlight motors could have different speeds and they don't end up the same height. That's my current problem but I have to swap out a headlight so I hope the new one's motor is close to the other one in the car.

my car's 'drunk' headlights. its always swerving and going sideways.

About the whole pulling of the dash to do it, I dont understand why we just dont install a switch on the headlight control (i think thats what its called) fuse, and just control it that way? I guess someone will have to just try it and see first.

Man, I did a sleepy eye switch in my car like the second day I bought (mostly cause I was bored). It took no more than 10 minutes to get the wire, strip it, connect it to a switch, then put it back together. Its very easy, just splice the green wire.

Do you guys get enough light the the sleepy eyes? It seems as if part of the light is cut off.

When you turn on your headlights, it pops the lights back to the high position. Someone has said you can splice another wire and get it to stay low when the lights come on, but I think it is pointless.

Yeah, thats the one, just run it to a switch and you are ready to go. Just find a good spot to put the switch, I still haven't.

How does that limit the lamps from dropping down all the way when you turn the lights off though???

I'm not saying it doesn't work, would just like to know how- exspecially b4 I would try to do it.
