I am getting a set of Nismo subframe bushings from Japan.
I hear installation is a REAL pain.
Exactly what is necessary and what is recommended as the most efficient installation procedure?
Should I get professional installation?
I am also getting a Nismo front power bar.
I hear this is a simple install.
However, how "simple" is it exactly?
Is pro install recommended?
Some people may not get the point of this post...
I just want to know some wise pointers or advice when installing these items.
Thanks!

The subframe spacers, I'm not sure but I think the nismo ones are the ones that require you to remove(i.e. burn w/ torch) the stock bushings which requires you to drop the whole subframe. As for the power bar, it's pretty easy if you've ever had suspension parts experience or are a little mechanically inclined. Just basic hand tools. You shouldn't have any probs as long as your frame is straight.

Aye,
Subframe spacers take about 30-40 min max to install, with a jack supporting the diff. I thought the bushings themselves were installed with a heavy duty ($$$) machine at like 700 degrees F. or something like that and was impossible for DIY ( do it yourself)

yo, its really easy
nismo powerbar is just some bolts and such. it wont take long. if you search under my name and power bar, i gave a quick run-down of th einstall
subframe spacers take about 1/2. most of the time is the hard part: breaking the bolts loose! other then that, its kids stuff. both installs are. you shouldtn run into any problems!

The Nismo subframe bushing are not solid spacers!
They are the entire bushing piece.

oh ****
you're in for hell!!
have to drop the subframe, burn the old ones out and put the new ones in!!!!
dropping subframe means: (to save weight)
drop diff
remove rotors/calipers
