SOHC ECU reset - how long till its "learned"

I have a smog test coming up. My car has been down for a while and the ecu disconnected.

on a SOHC OBDI car I do not believe they check the readiness of the ECU, which would involve pulling the kick panel. I was however wondering how long it would take for the ECU to become fully learned and ready to take in for smog to pass the sniffer.

There is no learning in these ecu's.

Either sensor work / dont work.

somewhere on NICO (i think), is a write up of all the ECU codes and how to set/reset/read/adjust idle and all that ECU stuff.

get that, and you will get your answer.
