Gromet?

I need to know if anyone knows where a gromet is to go through in an s13 for a 4 gauge power supply cable. The only thing I can find is the corner of the engine bay where the wiper fluid tube comes out and then puting it under the dash. Anyone wired one yet in here?

Look next to your Clutch master cyl. (side nearest the fender) there will be a gromet there that you can route a 4 gauge through.

here is the pic as promised:

Look under my alarm horn and you will see the opening that I have just about everything running through
Boost Controler, Boost Gauge, Alarm wires,etc. If all that can fit I know a 4 gauge will:D

Edit: damn my engine bay is dirty! Time for the high pressure spray and some fender liners

running a power supply cable all the way over there would suck..


There is a black rubber gromet you can use on the upper left side of the firewall.. the are a bunch of engine harness wires going through it.. I have my 4 gauge running through it right now.

having ABS I can't even see down in that area of the engine bay. I didn't even know it was there. I just found a new place to run my Oil Pressure line:D "Can I get a Toot-Toot, can I get a Beep-Beep"
