i've got uneven wheel fitment between the left and right side. same spec all around, 1 side would be perfect but the other side is sunken in a bit. and i've got it happen on both front and back. might possibly related to alignment but i kinda doubt it. the hub just isn't even across both sides.
was checkin' the max tire thread and found these (related) posts

and i've read of references to the unevenness before that.
anybody else have it and dealt with it? like say having a spacer on 1 side only?

its 100% normal for s13s/s14s
nothing new
just put a spacer on one side and be done.

ya... shits lame haha.
but wouldnt the spacer idea technically kinda mess with shit if you only put it on one side?
like technically you wouldnt be in the middle of both your wheels anymore no?

i was just thinking how that would affect all you wheel fitment artists out there, getting spot on fitment on 1 side but not the other. or y'all just showing off your good side?

I have the same thing. I'm pretty sure it's normal.

Mine is like that too. On most S13's I've noticed that the gas tank side quarter panel is slightly wider and also sits higher.

what the fuck? is it the undercarriage or the fenders that does that?
and if I was in... 1993 and decided I wanted to buy 240SX, would I have the same problem? Or does it happen over time?

Wow... this is so :ghey:. So, is it that the offset is really off on that side or is it that the body panels are wider on that side for some stupid reason?

Usually that is the problem. Or the alignment settings... and its always a possibility that the car's fender(s) has been repaired sometime in the past.
OP, have you had an alignment to check the camber, etc? Are you running coilovers?
I know that I had this problem a few months back. Turned out to be that the coilovers were not even by a few turns. Took them off, counted threads and measured them. Now they sit pretty close to even.

my old coupe i had crappy fitment so i didnt notice if it had it... but the coupe, and both hatches in the garage all have the uneven bs.
I remember logan mentioning before that he changed subframes and fixed the issue on his car???? anyone else?
