s13 wiring issue

when i hit my brakes my dash lights come on and some times when i'm driving i lose all power car wil completly shut down and all power will fail

help me! all my grounds are fine i sanded them all down and my alt is good and all connections are hooked up good

i think i replaced that it's fine now i'll have to check to be sure but i think i did replace that and it fixed it but the lights still come on when i hit the breaks

Oh, i misread your original post. I thought the cluster would shut off.

Maybe try to type stuff with punctuation and such. Helps to separate different thoughts.

sorry the clutster does shut off but so does the entire car no power any where

Ya, first thing I'd do is check that fuse, for sure.

i have could it be a relay? if so how do i know if a RELAY is bad?

damn you're in the same situation I'm in, have you tried checking the starter? That's what I'm gonna do after I change my grounds back to stock.

my starter is fine i just replaced it few months ago but could it be the positive battery cable? i'm soo confused it's pissing me off
