How much would a custom intake manifold cost for the Ka24de?
just give me a ballpark if you can tell me exact..

I've already done a lot of research on this.
The intake manifold is too hard to have some guy with a couple beercans welded together "do up" for you. It's a very specific process. People pay $1500 to make their head and valves flow better, and they pay for testing and retesting. Expect the same for an intake manifold.
Also, it will limit your throttle response due to having a large plenum, and reduce the torque of the KA from short runners. The intake will allow the motor to breathe in higher RPMs, but cams and the stroke of the motor won't allow you to touch that potential.
Wait for the intake untill you know it is holding you back. Chris May at 438rwhp didn't need it.

mebbe $20, mebbe $300 . . . There are a lot of factors that can effect it. It can be a basic metal cylinder with four cylinders sticking out the side, or it can trickier (like the factory style).

so if i were to have one would it be possible to just use an intake manifold that has already been made to make mine?

I think it is already sold, I also think someone on a diff forum has it, or they juss have his car pic in thier avatar.
