dont understand why you wanna keep 4-lug and do z brakes, but yes you can, but you will need conversion brake lines. The thing about z brakes is that if you are gonna do them in the back you will need the bust shield and everything. Unlike the s-13 that uses the caliper as the e-brake.the z rear brakes incorporiate the brumb style ebrake. Using the 2 pistion caliper as stpooing power and the drumb as the e-brake power. It sounds tricky if youve never seen rear z brakes up close. You will also need to used the e-brake extension cables in the rear. aswell. Most people who have z brakes, either dont have them in the back or dont incorporiate the e-brake. You would need to find a z car in the junk yard and get everything all the way down to the dust shield not just calipers and rotors.

Im not to sure either at the moment just trying to get some final thoughts together on it. But until VaS13's post I wasn't able to see how everything went together you either saw people with the hubs on the ground or everything on the car. I never got the chance to see the between but I was trying to find a way out of geting 5 lug rims for now

make sure you use plenty of glue and duct tape when you do the brake swap.
