i just left mine up to a local shop that had experience with the ultimate. not necessarily on nissans, but he got it setup just fine fairly quickly

a buddy of mine has the ultimate and was wondering the same thing for a good 8 months, couldnt find anything and just said screw it and dropped the car off at our local dyno tuner for a weekend

its easy.... Why not just read the manual it tells you. Also you need the support tool to tune it. Look for the 3000gt forum, thye have a whole thread on it.

Also go to www.mohdparts.com (http://www.mohdparts.com) and look for some references there too

Ignition timing maps should only be adjust by direct control, it is the exact thing on engine mapping which overheats motors, frys pistons and destroys oil seals, turbos etc....

You must have total control over the ignition map or none at all!!!!

PERIOD.

It's just a fancy marketing toy to sell to kids who think that putting a box into their hacked up stock wiring harness will give them some sort of real control over their output...

I blew enough motors in 2001 and 2002 with piggy backs to know...and researched why all of them fail...

Tuned ROM or POWER FC or HALTECH only.

I honestly think the Power FC L JETRO is the best unit for the price.

The Tomei Rytech, which I hardly see anyone using...

and god forbid...but seriously the Nis-Tune is good as well.
