hey guys i bought my sr bout a month ago and i've installed bout 75% of the swap. im almost there i just need to hook up the intercooler, piping , etc... and hoses. The problem is that the car wont fire the harness is already been converted and it came out of a running s13, so its just plug in and play. Before i got the sr everything was changed oil, spark, plugs, etc... I'm pretty sure i hooked up everything right and it turns over but no fire. I checked the ignitor and its not it. idk what to do and i dont have the money right now to take to a specialist... plz HELP !! o btw this is my first swap..

first thing i would do is check you ecu is plug in correctly.
second check you fuse box. you should look for egi, egi pump, and fuel pump. make sure its working.
put your keys in. turn it on but dont start it. listene carefully for your fuel pump to prime.
if you hear it then your getting closer from getting it to start.
let me know what happeneds i want to help you on this.
also from the pictures you are missing 1 relay. its your egi pump relay. you need that if you want your fuel pump to work. :)

the hell?
you dont even have intercooler piping hooked up, which means the MAF reading is worthless.
you obviously botched the wiring.
when you turn the key to on, the following should happen:
all dash lights
red LED on ECU glows solid
you can hear the fuel pump prime
when you turn the key to start:
most dash lights go out
engine cranks
what happens for you?

o yes that pic was when i first hooked up the wiring sry lol everything is hooked up, and tucked except piping becuz i dont have the cupler that fits frm the throttle body to the cold pipe... when i turn the key dash lights does come on but ecu does not glow at all, the fuel pump does not prime becuz i guess im missing the relay. when i crank the car it turns over but no start

check the 10a fuse for fuel pump? umm did you upgraded your fuel pump to walbro. if you did.. explain how you wired it. if you didnt then you should upgrade to one. i really recomend you do that. you might want to check the ecu pin out for the fuel pump. i think its a blk wire w/ pink or purple stripe? you might want to double check that. use google. also dont try starting the car cause your not getting fuel duhhh.
as for my car i had the same issue... i found out that the previous owner told me the fuse box was jacked up... my fuel pump will shut off while driving. so what i did was replace my hole fuse box. i sat there cutting wires and soldering back to a diffrent one i got from ebay for 20 bucks. came with box, relays, fuses, and pigtail long enough to solder back. after a few hours problem was solve. hopefully you dont have to go through the mess i went through. lets hope its your fuel pump which is easy to replace.
edit.. does your friend have the same ecu????? this is what you should do if he does. check if your ecu works in his car. if it does then you shouldnt worry about your ecu being fryed.

your ECU needs power, that is the first step... before fuel pump.

Check for power on pins 46, 47, and ground on pins 39, 48.
If you don't have power there, grab and FSM and start backtracing
