Transaction History -
1.22.09 - Bought the LED tail lights from them

2.06.09 - Installed the tail lights and had build up of condensation after a rainstorm.
2.10.09 - Sent them photos
2.12.09 - Last response from them, that they've forwarded pics to the manufacturer.
3.01.09 - No further response from them even after a couple of PMs requesting a resolution and RMA.
3.02.09 - Contacted admin to help resolve the issue.
3.09.09 - Contacted Pete at IntensePower as requested and he's shipping out new sides in the next couple of days. Will update the post once I've received and installed them.
4.10.09 - Received the lights a few weeks back and Intense provided a return shipping label with them. I've installed the
new ones but I haven't tested to see if they exhibit the same issue. I'm not planning on returning them even if it did. As to my recommendation, I'm going to be neutral since the issue was resolved in the end.

yeah took me a month to get my coilovers from them! tried telling me some bullshit about the zipcode on the shipping address didnt match on the creditcard. so they waited two weeks to notify me about it. poopiecompany.

There was a problem with my credit card, they called me, resolved the issue everything was fine

Yes I believe it's a manufacturing issue but how I see it. If I bought the tail lights from the dealership and it doesn't work when I get it home. The dealership will give me a working replacement and contact Nissan with the issue. They will not make me wait for nearly a month now with no response.

I got my Stances from Intense Power and there was a mix up between them and Stance on drop shipping the coil overs with 9k/7k springs instead of 8k/6k. I called them up and they called Stance and solved my problem immediately.

I Have bought 2 sets or toe arms from them and there service/shipping was fine. I didnt recive my tracking numbers ever tho, but shipping was fast.

That moisture in the lights happens to oem stuff too when they aren't sealed correctly after removal. Hardly a manufacturer defect. I've known the intense guys for a while and bought several items from them and they have been nothing but professional.

Having issues with them as well. Bought a test pipe off their ad special no communication whatsoever. It's been 11 business days. I already got charged for the part i ordered and I haven't received anything. No replies to my status inquiries, nothing.

I've had no issues with this company. They gave me a great prices on coilovers and even though the shipping took a while, that was on Stance's part. Everytime I called them, they were very courteous on the phone.

Intense Power are good people! I can vouch for that whole heartedly. Some after market products may have small defects once and a while...thats just the bad apple out of the bunch. It's Just part of the after market game. Nothing is perfect not even OEM.

thats weird, i have a couple of frineds that order things from them and they have never had any problem, on the other end, i ordered some toe links from them because they were the only ones who had them in stock and it was one of the worst costumer service that i have ever dealt with. not only did they lie to me about shipping them out the nest day after my payment but they were very rude and snobby when i called to ask about my parts. they got to me 1.5 weeks after i made payment.

Recommend not purchasing from them because for me, how a company handle issues says a lot about them as a company.

On a side note: Buy some Permatex Super Black RTV and seal them up before you install the replacements so there's a guarantee seal...like others said aftermarket parts will have defects or bad batches

I've ordered a couple things from them n it seems to be a hit or miss. most of the parts i ordered cam on time but the side skirts i ordered took more than a month and my wife called to check on them for me because i was in iraq and they said that its waiting to be shipped...they told her that for two weeks straight. blah...it's all a part of the game. you dont like it then go pick them up in person i guess. that what im doing for now on.

I can't believe people are telling the guy to just seal them up. You all know you'll be piss too when you buy a product and it turns out to be a defect. It's not about the money, it's about the principles.
On a situation like this the only answer is "to communicate". Even if the seller is having a hard time with the manufacturer at least with them communicating the buyer wouldn't get angry and post bad reps (not taking sides here). After this is resolve I think the seller should make a thread about the manufacturer's product so nobody buys it either huh. ;)

i had a good experience with them. ordered a cusco rear cb bar. hooked me up with a good price also, just had to ask. will be ordering their stance's soon once i pay my bills...shipping was alright as i got them straight from cusco apparently, but can't complain. they did their part, product was shipped in OG box, no damages. good stuff overall.
9/10. = -1 because i placed the order on friday 3/27 and it didn't ship out until the next wednesday 4/1, not in time to receive by friday for weekend install, but i guess it's ok, i'd still order again, it wasn't that big a deal to me since it was FREEE shipping.

they are starting to get in my bad side.. i ordered blinkers from them 2 weeks ago, and week after i ordered, still havent gotten anything on the mail.. so, i called them, only to find out the card was decline coz of wrong info, WTF???? they have my info, why didnt they even call or email me.. anyways, gave the right info of the card and they said they will ship it that day.. today(5 days later), i called them to ask for the ups tracking number, found out that they dont even know if they shipped it.. WTH?? like no update at all.. damn, if this is how they treat their customers, nah, im definately not gonna be a returning customer.

coz you know what? there was no sense of blowing off on the phone, and i was gonna blow off on the phone, but i didnt. coz, i dont like it. I work retail, and i hate it when people blow off on the phone especially when you got nothing to do with the customer's order. but It pisses me off to think that i paid initially almost 2 weeks ago now. and, twice i did not get any notice saying the card got declined, or there was a hold up on shipping when you guys said you would send it that day. yeah, it was the wrong info, but, how come i didnt get any call or email? you guys said you guys emailed me twice, but i didnt get anything. and dont say i sent you guys the wrong email coz i got the auto response from you guys after i sent the payment.
also, i sent you guys a PM on zilvia. Twice, i sent a pm and left a visitors msg on here to you guys asking about my order. and what do i get? ZERO response! even until now! Look at your visitors messages and look at the date to which i left that message, how come i didnt get a reply from you guys? that is just BS!!!
you be in my position and see if you could talk like i talked to you this morning? 2 weeks after a payment and you dont get no status on your order. let us see if you wouldn't get upset... you guys want your customer's calling you everyday about their order? asking, was it shipped? did the card go through? whats the tracking number? when will it get here? are you sure it shipped? sheesh! coz you guys obviously aren't giving your customers an update on their order.
We offered you the cwest lights at cost and you seemed satisfied on the phone.The incorrect information that we had was the info you provided on your order, what else were we to go off of with the card info. We did not say we did not know if your order shipped we told you flat out that it had not and we had also emailed you pertaining to a possible manufacture discontinue. Either way you got a better product at delaer cost in the end. sorry for the unforseen delays do to incorrect info in the first place.

This issue again seemed to be solved in a more than satisfactory manner this morning, surprised to see you posting at 3:50pm honestly but, ok.

Yea, same thing happened to me. Ordered stances which they said were in stock and would ship soon and would email me my invoice both of which I never got for like 3 weeks. I finally got a pm saying that they had sold out when I had ordered and that I would have to wait for the next shipment. They said it was an unforseen delay. I dont understand why you would say you had it in stock and would send it when you really didnt or at least tell me id have to wait for the next shipment. I mean, im pretty patient with this delays and what not but at least someone could have mentioned it to me. I still have not seen my invoice and I was charged the same day I ordered them. I really hope they pull through for me and make things right. It makes think I should have just paid a little more and got it from someone else with better customer service and shipping times.

that just sucks.. guess they are really known for their stupid customer service. thats what i told them too, if there is an area to improve, i would say customer service.. Its how you get your customers to come back. dont leave them guessing, and none the less pissed off. they said they have been in business for god knows how long, yeah, figured if business has been running for a while, they should probably already know the importance of customer service.. well as of now, they said they will give me info on my turn signals.. so far, i got nothing.. i better not hear another bull crap reason. and if this brings me to call their store again, i wont be so nice, and not sound so satisfied as they claimed i did when i called the first time.

I just got my stance in the mail and even after numerous pm's about getting z32 lower mounts they sent me s14 ones... I gave them all the information they asked for when I requested the change and they still didn't get it right... oh well, I'll spend the $70 and just switch later

Been having problems getting ignored by this vendor recently too. Bought s14 tailights from them and one side has condensation in it, about 3-5 days after installation (basically as soon as it rained). Contacted them on 6/1/09 and still have not gotten a resolution from them. Sent pictures and they were fairly responsive through PMs until 6/29/09, where they stopped responding. Claimed they are still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer.
I have sent 2 followup PMs and placed a call in the month of July. Still unresolved. :(
UPDATE:
The day I posted this, 7/22, a guy responded asking for my info again. I sent it to him immediately. Nothing more after that. Just sent another inquiry PM today, 7/30.
UPDATE AGAIN:
Received two new side tailights today. I will be installing this weekend and hopefully the problem will be resolved.

ordered a set of stance with 10/8 springs so hopefully they come with the right springs also ordered a couple sets of arms (trailing,toe,and ruca's) placed order late monday night (8/3/09) called tuesday morning to confirm everything they tell me the next morning that my credit info doesnt match my shipping info which is fine i call the credit company and fix the problem call them back and ask how long till my parts will be shipped they say the stance wont arrive till the 15th which is not what the PM told me had a track event on 8/11/09 that i will now have to miss (if i had known that if i order a part on the 3rd and wouldnt get it till some time around the 20th which is what they told me)so needless to say its now 8/7/09 have recieved no tracking number for my arms so i call and ask them whats going on they tell me they planned to ship the arms with the coils so i ask if they can just ship the arms now they say yea so i will be waiting to see when they get here and if i get a tracking number for my parts ill update as soon as i find anythying out
o and yea they charged me already which sucks since i spent like $1600.00 and cant get tracking number so far my review is like this
price 9/10 (great deal on the coils)
customer service 7/10 ( they did help me fix my credit card issue but not till after i called them)
shipping 2/10 ( no tracking number really makes me uncomfortable)

^^^^sorry but you will never get a tracking number from them. i have ordered over the phone and on the site like 5 times and have never got a tracking number. Also if you ever try and get your money back it will take you forever, they took like 3 weeks to give me my 82$ back after playing games with me about them shipping the toe arms out. SO i can only imagine how much bs they would give you if you wanted a 1,600 refund.

I ordered a set of AL+Pro coils about a week ago I think. They've kept me completely informed. They let me know that they were out of stock of Stance and that the shipment was coming in over the past weekend. Now I'm just waiting for IntensePower to let me know that they shipped. I'm super excited and the Inventory Manager spoke with me directly. I've had nothing but good times.

Yeah, it's possible that they saw this and figured something out. I just want to say that I have been more than pleased with communication. I just wish I could replace my blown struts faster, lol.

I'm gonna have to say that the tailights they are selling aren't a good product. Moisture in both sides now, even on the new one they shipped me. Now I have 2 Rights with moisture, and 1 Left with moisture, and 1 new in box Left that will probably get moisture if I installed it and left it outside for a week.
Probably going to have to reseal my extra set or something. Experience with them has been below average (see my post above on this page), and the product is sucky.

In my personal experience, when you guys released that awesome looking twin scroll manifold, some possible customers inquired about your manifold. I have been looking for manifolds and the way you responded to some of the inquiries has turned me off.
So, basically as a possible customer I have been convinced to not purchase a product from you. This judgment is based entirely on your actions on zilvia in regards to other zilvia members.
You complain that zilvia is unprofessional, you need to step back and look at yourself.

EDacIouSX, the only thing I can say is that I've had nothing but great deals with this company. I feel like this thread is a badmouthing thread where none of the good reviews are placed. Only complaints. I'd like to say that I had better than EXCELLENT service.
When I purchased coils, I was informed they were out of stock. I then asked a few days later when the shipment was coming in. They went to get their manager who came back a few minutes later letting me know that it'd come in on either X or Y day. When it came in they told me that Stance was drop shipping it to me. I even got a tracking number! :D Great Service. I just wish Stance had been faster with unloading the container. The agony was killing me.

I have a situation here with Intensepower.
they had Stance coilover special on zilvia so I got a quote.
sent payment on 9/29/09 and sent pm regarding payment was sent.
I was told they do not have goods not in stock and it will be shipped no later than
10/2/09 or 10/5/06 by Daren(not sure if that is correct spell)
waited till 10/6/09 no tracking# or pm regarding shipment so I tried to call them
but could not get ahold of them all day.
I opened dispute with paypal because I did not know whereabouts of my goods.
I finally was able to talk to them on the phone and told me to get refund
I have to close dispute with paypal. so I did on 10/9/09
and I sent pm to Intensepower regarding dispute has been closed and I got this pm

My friend also got a set of LED tail lights for his S14 from IntensePower.
He got them as a birthday present from his g/f and I was bagging on him for buying these cheap LED /altezza looking things, but when we installed it, it looked pretty good and I had swayed and change my opinion.
Then we went to the car wash and washed both our cars, came back and was about to go to the local car meet, and Condensation! My friend litterally, went from positive to negative and sad in about 2 seconds. So, I quickly changed back my opinion that these sucked as I expected.
He contacted them a few days later, they told him they need proof, so he took pictures and sent it to them. They agreed and said they sent new ones (L+R) sides. So a week or two later, he gets the run around and no tracking, his mind goes wild with anxious thoughts, he does recieve the replacements, but these came with some homedepot caulk to plug up the holes in which the water had gone in the original ones.
I told my friend, Man, we should have just sealed them up with caulk in the first place just to be safe instead of wasting and waiting all 1 month. Or buy some Ebay stuff and tint it ourselves, caulk it, and probably saved a couple hundred bucks. $250 bucks, blah wasted. And they still haven't fixed the issue, still condensation.
Overall opinion: Bad Product that was not properly tested.
Bad practices on Intense's part.

I had great luck with these guys when I bought a set of coilovers last spring, but my latest order has been a nightmare...
I ordered a set of D-Max floor mats from the group buy back in June. When the shipment finally arrived in September, they told me that they were shorted on black/dark gray s13 mats by D-Max and that mine would come on the next container. I was promised wholesale pricing on my next order.
Months went by again with no communication. I would routinely post in their thread and PM them, including a question about how I could redeem the discount they promised me (I wanted to purchase a roll cage or an exhaust system, both pretty pricey items,) but all of my questions and PMs were ignored. Today, I noticed that the floor mat group buy is completely gone- I assume that they requested to have it deleted.
I pmed and emailed them today asking them to cancel my order and refund any charges that were made. I can't even check to see if they charged me because it was five months ago, and my online banking records won't even go back that far.
I understand that the initial issue was not their fault, and I have been more than gracious, but I don't hesitate to say that I will never purchase anything from them again, and I will not allow my friends to purchase from them either. I HATE drama like this, and tried to be as fair/objective as possible in this post.
Buyer beware of these guys, especially on anything that they do not have in stock when you order. I understand that it takes a long time to get things here from Japan, but the lack of customer service and communication is unacceptable.

Not to bust everyones balls ITT but its never a bad idea to call before you place an order and ask about availability. most of these parts are made overseas so just because you ordered them on the internet doesnt mean they will be instantly in the states.
i just called about some stances to make sure they were in stock (like the website says they are) and they weren't. (good thing i did call). the guy i talked to gave me a rough date of when the next shipment would come in and told me to give him a call around then and we could place an order over the phone.
at the bottom right of their website it says when it was updated last. right now it hasnt been updated for over a week which is plenty of time for stock to run out.
just a little pro-tip... always always always call and talk to someone before you order if you are impatient (like i am) about my orders. i hate having money taken out of my account and having to wait 4 weeks for my product.

I work in the industry.. and there is practically NO way to update your website with everything that is in stock, because one many vendors either change, two products can be hot at a certain time and sell fast, or three the vendor doesnt want to call ALL (or in our case we dont want to call the 200+ companies we deal with) to check stock on thousands of products.
That why we as a company (not going to say they name dont want to get bitched at about promoting the company i work for) always post on our website "call for best pricing" this helps us so we can check stock, get ETAs and get proper shipping quotes for people.

when i dealt with them before, its fine when you guys run out of stock and couldnt update it.. fine, but atleast when you process the order if a particular item is not in stock, call the damn customer about it. coz, if you dont get contacted by the seller, it means that everything is well in line. instead, they make you wait two weeks and wait for you call to tell you its out of stock..

Ive ordered from them twice,, No problems. First order was my TS manifold, No problems, Shipped quickly,, I ordered my wastegates, dumptubes, downpipe, and wideband tuesday. They called me the next day and notified me that there was an issue with my card and it happened to be that they had the wrong number, Gave them the right number and said it would be shipping in a day or two. One major thing I like about them is the fact that when I do call them there is someone to answer the phone rather than getting an answering machine and another reason is the prices. They gave me SUPER LOW prices on the items I ordered and if there the same quality as the manifold then A+. Plus they threw me in a couple minor freebie items.
Quality products+courteous service+low prices= Me being a returning customer!!

they are quite difficult to get a hold of via pm or email, but are very responsive to phone calls. had ordered the d-max floor mats in october, which arrived in december. tried to pm and email about order status and nothing. when i finally decided to call in, they notified me of a problem with my order, which they said they tried emailing me but i never got anything. got the problem cleared up and the set they had holding for me was shipped out the next day. had called them in to inquire about it before and the rep then was pretty friendly and helpful as well.
so the lesson would be the call them if you want stuff done.

Now that my order has been completed i feel that i can add to the thread. I just recently ordered some KW Variant 3's from Intense, and i do have to agree that their customer service does need work. After unsuccessfully trying to contact them through PM and threads I ended up calling their office and of 3 attempts 2 kept ringing and the last i got hung up on while on hold.
But eventually they responded to my email pretty much saying when the order was confirmed and that the tracking will be available when they receive it. So after ordering the KW's 4 days later they confirmed/processed the order (basically when they took out the money) and I received them the following week, the tracking number was also updated the same day I got the package (figures).
I had been worried about ordering from intense after reading this thread but it does seem like they did come through for me. I had notified them about the local UPS asshats that deliver in my area so they also sent my package through Fed Ex who i have had better experience with ( the shipping was also super fast ). So although i did have a lot of trouble trying to get in contact with them my order was fulfilled without a hitch.

I've been trying to order a Vertex kit from these guys but they dont pm, email, or pick up the phone. Very strange, looks like its a big company.

i take back what i said. i ordered LX+ with a sure promise i would have atleast a tracking number by late Feb early March. As of today (mar 19) i have yet to recieve a tracking number. And now I'm pretty sure my number is on their "Do Not Answer" list because I called once a week for the first month to check up on my order. then i waited two weeks and started calling again and they have yet to answer ONE of my calls. keep in mind i was very respectful so really i have no idea why i cant get anyone to pick up. i have called every day and sometimes twice or three times in a day. i sent an email a week ago, but i highly doubt it will get answered.
and the funny thing is when i started calling after waiting for two weeks it wasnt to cancel or get my money back. it was to add to my order. im pissed now but im sure once i get my coils i will stfu.

I had the same stance coilover problem with them also, but I would say approx one month after i made the order i received them. Every week i called them and they always told me stance had never shipped it to them. At least they were telling me the truth instead of not responding to any of my messages. Keeping customers waiting so long on item we purchase they should give up some sort of discount

I just got my stance this afternoon. Placed my order April 20th and they arrived today, just a few days over 2 weeks from my oder being placed. I PMed them for a quote and got a responce the following day. Days later i PMed them again with some questions and they responded soon after with an estimate as to when the coilovers would arrive. Within the week the gave me I placed my call. First attempt got nowhere. A few hours later I tried once more and got Pete. Good, informative service. Double checked to see if the cart had arrived, it did, and we proceeded to place my order. Told me I'd get a tracking number before the week ended but unfortunately it wasnt so. Their email was sent a week later (Friday of last week) with a copy of my invoice and a tracking number. I believe carrier sites dont update package info over the weekends so I waited until this past Monday to attempt to track my package and the FedEx website came back with an "invalid number". I was going to give it till the end of this week to get in touch with them but the package arrived this afternoon. The box seemed to have a whole poked on the side. Maybe someone needed to make a handle to grab the box better. Can't blame Intense for this. Could have been the guys unloading the cart, could have been FedEx, but the contents inside were in perfect condition. Overall, the tracking info they provide us does need to be improved. All other areas were good. I had a pleasent experience.
My advice, get in touch with them on availability. This isnt the first site i hear about or come across that doesnt update the availability status of products on their website. If its not in stock then ask for an estimated time, then call them up again to verify on the week they estimated the items would arrive. This way you wont have issues with being billed for something that hasnt even been shiped to you yet. It's probably a bit of a hassel to some of you but not all businesses run things smoothly. In such cases we have two options: Do a little more on our part to get a smooth business transaction, or just move along and give our business to someone else.

Well this is kind of akward....
I PM'ed Pete a while back, I got my LED tails from a different company but with no center peice so he said he'd ship me the center peice for a good price. Anyways, Ive PM'd him a couple times trying to get a paypal address, and also add some DMAX Corners to my order, but haven't had any response to multiple PM's.
Ive also called the phone number a couple times, on various occasions, and it just rings forevarrrrrrr, no answering machine.
I just need the centerpeice for my tails, if I can't get it from IntensePower anymore, anyone know where I can?

Most places don't stock items anymore. It's mostly all drop shipped from the manufacturer, so you have to wait for Intense, Intense has to wait for "company X". It's tough these days.

i just paid for a dmax carbon fiber hood last thurs. and was told it was in stock and would have it within 10 days. its been 6 days now i finally emailed them to check and see if they shipped it yet because i never recieved tracking number like they said i would. so they say there not going to have it in stock till this next week and then there going to ship it after they get it. so im looking at another 10 days atleast on top of the ten days that have almost passed. so im looking at a 3 week wait for something i was told was in stock. im pretty dissapointed that they would lie about whats happening and they did not even email me to let me know it was going to take longer. i really want a dmax hood so im going to wait it out. i guess there not very good with customer service. once i get this hood im not going to buy anything from them again even though i did get a really good price on it.

i just paid for a dmax carbon fiber hood last thurs. and was told it was in stock and would have it within 10 days. its been 6 days now i finally emailed them to check and see if they shipped it yet because i never recieved tracking number like they said i would. so they say there not going to have it in stock till this next week and then there going to ship it after they get it. so im looking at another 10 days atleast on top of the ten days that have almost passed. so im looking at a 3 week wait for something i was told was in stock. im pretty dissapointed that they would lie about whats happening and they did not even email me to let me know it was going to take longer. i really want a dmax hood so im going to wait it out. i guess there not very good with customer service. once i get this hood im not going to buy anything from them again even though i did get a really good price on it.
I ordered a full D-MAX v3 kit for my 89 s13 after I was told everything was in stock. A week later after not getting an email with a tracking number i called and called and was finaly told all they had was the body kit. No front or rear overfenders or hood but was assured the parts were on the next container arriving mid Oct. After being Ignored I had my mother call them since i'm in Iraq and told her to talk to Darren or Pete. Neither of them were available so she talked to some guy named JJ who acted like he didnt give a shit, called her a liar when she said i spent thousands of dollars through them and insulted her. I was furious so used one of my moral calls to just get put on hold by JJ so i called again and talked to pete. He appologized for jj's behavior and assured me i was going to be taken care of. So now they have everything but my rear overs which should be taken in the Nov container. I was somewhat pleased with Pete after talking to him about the situation and lack of communication. I will follow yall up when and if i get my parts.

i have the same problem... i ordered some dmax kouki front signal lights on 10/29, and i still have not heard anything from them at all... emailed and called but still nothing to this day..it is weird because i got coilovers a year ago from them and they came in perfectly. Oh well i guess they are backordered?

Dmax doesnt answer IP's phones or answers their email. I used to work in the industry so I do have an understanding how things are rarely in stock. You talk to your distributor and he gives you what info he knows. But your hands are tied when your distributor doesnt come through. And the last thing you want to do is order a bunch of parts cause "some kid said he wanted it" But on any level its unprofessional to ignore repeated inquires about orders. Phone calls go unanswered and emails are ignored. And judging by the responses in this thread, they seem to make a habit of it. Recently I emailed Sam @ Jspec for a part. He responded that he could get it, but it was on 2 month backorder. Hell I remember I ordered some group buy rims from Raretrick back in the days, and even after Katrina happened they still CALLED me to make sure I got my rims. Point is they let me know in advance about potential delays, or went out of their way to make sure the item was delivered. I can't even count on IP to respond. Hell all i got was some stupid clear lenses, I can live with delays. But at least I want to know that it hasn't been forgotten or ignored.

ahaha, same here. i placed my order on 06/18/10 for dmax kouki corner light as well. i got a msg stating that they will have more info on the corners in 2-3 weeks. 2-3 week has pasted, still nothing.. i then gave them a call, they said some time in mid september ill be getting them. gave them a call on oct 1st asking wheres my light?. they said d max is ran by 1 person and that person is really busy with other orders. i then ask when will i receive it then. they said sometime in beginning of nov. SOOO, i waited and waited. nov 10th i gave them a call back and they said only a few corner came in and those were going to the one that made the order before me. i was mad as fuck.. -____-. they gave me back a refund.. i asked if i could at least get a discount coupon on my next purchase (willing to give them a second chance.) they decline.. fuck intense forreals.

i was charged for a full dmax v3 with 25mm and 50mm rear overs and hood end of Sep. Two weeks later i gave them a call asking why i havent received a tracking number since i was told everything was in stock. I was then told they were missing all my fenders and hood so they charged me the full amount for the kit to make sure that when the parts came in they wouldnt sell the parts to someone else. I was told mid OCT everything had showed up minus my rear overs but they tried selling me a set of 30mm which wont work bc im going to be running 18x12's. they told me the overs should be in Nov which turned into Dec. After JJ disrespected my mother when i had her call since im deployed and couldnt get ahold of them and the date keeps being pushed back and the lack of communication i called them and canceled my order on everything except the hood. Was told the hood should be shipped out the same day, two days later i get a pm saying they sold my hood allready and they were pretty much praying one came in with the overs. I will never do business with them. Terrible customer service, attitudes. Dont tell me you have my parts in when you dont!

almost all the shift knobs they sell that look cool are from Its proper. touge factory sells em, itsproper.com can get em direct (made by them)
if its not that, then idk.

just got my hood yesterday. its nice. ok quality a few minor flaws in the resin nothing bad. they left dirty water stains from when it was wet sanded and there was also wax on it from being buffed. there are a few spots that need alittle waxing. the hood hits my strut bar, and valve cover s13 silvia front ka24de with the last vent in the center. about a 1-1 1/2 inches from closing. im not really liking the idea of lowering my engine with hockey pucks to gain clearance but puts my oil pan in danger. so i guess im going to grind my hood and hope i dont f**k (

I ordered some D-max kouki clear corner lamps back on 8/27/10. I was charged $64.00 on 8/30/10. I waited 2-3 weeks then started trying to call these guys. It would take forever for them to answer and when they did they would tell you they would have to call you back. They would not return phone calls. I even offered to pay more money to get a different set of lamps. They would not refund my money or send me any different lamps so today I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I also called FRsport and they answered the phone right away and I purchased a set of the same D-max lamps and they had them in stock. Be aware do not order from Intensepower.com or highline international unless you call them and verify they an ship it out immediately. Do not trust these guys.

Shady ass characters that work there, this is my second time dealing with them... 1st purchase S14 Kouki black housing headlights, came late & didnt explain I would have to splice my stock harnesses to make work. My 2nd purchase S14 Origin-Lab 50mm rear overfenders which I haven't received after almost a month. After calling 2 weeks ago & being told that it was mistake that they weren't shipped but that it will go out the next day, I still haven't received product nor confirmation that it is shipped. After calling again last week, I contacted Paul there and when he said he was putting me on hold to check status, he left me listening to their sorry ass choice of receptionist bullshit music for 20 minutes. After being fed up for waiting so long & pondering my cellphone bill charges I hung up & called 5 MORE TIMES AND GOT NO ANSWER!!! ** EDIT ** I know you were there, I just talked to you!!! I want my fenders ASAP! There is no excuse for this terrible customer service. If it wasn't for the fact that the specific part I am requesting wasn't so hard to obtain elsewhere for a decent price for that matter I would let my bank take care of it. Let me first go on to say that this is my first time ever writing a negative review on any company and as for the manner I went about it, AT THE TIME, I meant every word. I am an adult with an educated background and understand the meaning of slander so therefore I knew what ramifications my statements might possess for IntensePower.
Now as for if the issue had been resolved, IntensePower did inform you correctly that they have in fact, as of yesterday, corrected the problem I was having with them and they also did so PRIOR to reading my negative comments I posted about them. One may say I am a true :mrmeph: but to my defense I was one very jaded customer by the fact that I have done business with them in the past and that I not only am getting the run around but also at one point I was blatantly ignored by one of their personnel. I must say though that PETE at IntensePower is one stand up guy and he did his UPMOST BEST to find a resolution to my problem and then to take it as far as to give me an offer I can not refuse to continue my repeat business with IntensePower. I feel the need to somewhat apologize for the severity of my statement and the choice of words that I used while writing my prior post though I want to go on the record to once again state that at the time I was highly infuriated and after reading plenty other post with negative reviews, I was not going to be one to bite my tongue on what I felt needed to be said. Now with that being said, I still have yet to receive my fenders but I was promised they would arrive in a timely manner. At that point I will further address the situation and hopefully like I am doing now it can result in a positive message. I will reconcile the past and say as for now I feel confident once again to do business with IntensePower in the future and as for those individuals that represent IntensePower as a whole, I hope you can understand my forthcoming and let bygones be bygones hence what I am trying to do myself.
Last but not least, I make no quarrels with those I feel that deserve respect and therefore Pete you did a great job making me feel comfortable with your company again. Sorry Zilvians for my extensive rant but I felt the need to clear the air!

i had a very difficult time getting a hold of them. my order was mispackaged and the process to return took over a month. a little excessive in my opinion. got the right parts and got a deal on some others so everything ended up ok.

i did get a manifold in but they sent me a t3 manifold and not a t4. it has taken an extra week and a half to send out my manifold. im holding the t3 hostage until i get mine. then they can have this thing back. many times i have been put on hold for 10-20 minutes and have just hung up cause that is way too long to be waiting. we will see if they send the right one this time and if they really did over night it like they promised they would.

I called to check if the had a body kit I wanted on stock and they said yes, so I immediately ordered it.after two weeks of not receiving anything, to include a tracking number, I decided to give them a call to see what's up. On the 17th time that I called I finally got through. The guy told me that the kit was out of stock and they weren't getting more until the end of april. I told the guy the car was getting painted in the next 48hrs and he told me, "you need to call your body shop and reschedule...body shops are hurting for business right now!" Um, how about no! This car has to be done by a deadline so it can race this month, plus its totally unfair to the sponsor doing the paint/body work on the car to reschedule everything they have going on because this company is to incompetent to correctly check if something if in stock/give a courtesy phone call saying get we screwed up, the kit if no longer in stock or whatever. So I canceled my order, and ordered a current kit from carbodykits.com and it showed up in 24hrs and they had amazing customer service. Stay away from intense...their customer service really really sucks! I erl never consider doing business with them ever again. Miserable experience dealing with these people!

Its just a shame because intensepower brings some good, competitive pricing on all their stuff, and if they had good customer service to go with it, they would dominate for the s chassis retail market. but poor management is leading to a huge market loss for them.

ordered a set of coilover spring replacements from them over 3 weeks ago, no response since. when I ordered my coilovers from them last year, I told them specifically to ship via USPS, not ups but they shipped it UPS anyway, which ended up costing me over $100 more due to UPS' bs fees and such.
now i'll do my homework before repeat ordering from a company, big two thumbs down for these guys.

Ordered a Nardi wheel on 4/19. Still haven't received it. Been told twice that it will be at my door in two weeks. The next call they said that Nardi was shipping it that night and they would forward me tracking by the end of the next business day. That was yesterday. Still no tracking. I just called a few minutes ago as well. It rang for a solid ten minutes before it sounded like someone picked up the phone and then hung up. My phone made the call ended tone. Thanks to these guys my car has sat for going on two months now because I sold my other wheel.
*edit* Forgot to mention, they also told me it would be easiest to email their tracking department. I've sent two...no reply.

Called over a week ago, the guy told me that he talked to Nardi and my wheel had shipped. He said he just had to request a tracking number that he would forward to me in the next couple of days because Nardi was bad about providing them. Still no wheel or tracking. Seems to me that they're the problem. Not Nardi.

I ordered on June 16th, never got a tracking number. Never reached someone when I called by phone which was about ten times for six minutes or so. Never got a response on any of my emails. I should have looked on this thread before ordering from Intense Power. I thought that since it was an advertiser on Zilvia that it would be a reputable company.

Ive always had good customer service and overall experience with
intense, really good guys and always answer the phone.
Up until ordering my stance coilovers 2 weeks ago,
through a private message, i was told to excuse them that they were
redoing their phones and service/moving things around at the moment.
Its been going on 2 weeks but I really wouldn't worry, they are good
guys/great prices and I'm sure they will take care of all of us and chime
in soon.

what the ****!!!!!!! I am exactly in the same situation as you. I bought a resonated test pipe on the 23rd, got an email that the payment was accepted and I have yet to hear from them. I WISH I had checked the forums. I was stupid and trusted it since it was linked from other reputable sites such as zilvia. I always do a legit check on websites I've never heard from but this time they got me. :facepalm:
Tomorrow I'm going to put through a claim with my bank. I want a full refund. This is ridiculous, I haven't heard from them at all.

i bought about 3k worth of stance stuff and other suspension pieces and i had to wait like 2-3 months. when i got my stuff, 2 things were missing. then i got another piece separately. still missing 1 part that im gonna dispute with my bank cause this shit is getting ridiculous

yup definately dont order from these guys, customer service is terrible. the guy i talked to was a complete jerk,
been waiting for some Origin Lab stuff, it was only going to take a week or two. its been almost 2 months now... . i had asked for my money back and the guy told me too bad, its a special order part. And the thing that pissed me off the most at the end of the call, he said he spent "12min and so seconds on the phone" like i was wasting his time and he has another million calls he has to attend to, and "that special order parts can usually take twice or more than the actual time we give you, its the nature of the beast" and he also mentioned he has a S13 and that he's waited for months for his parts (who cares!).... If i knew it was going to take this long, i never would have ordered in the first place, ive ordered SSR wheels from japan and waited over 4 months wich i didn't mind because the company told me excactly how long and kept me updated,... just don't lie about it to begin with and be honest on the waiting period. And at least keep up with updates, don't just go mia...
I work as a Service Writer at a repair facility, i have the upmost respect to customers on the phone, even if i deal with tough customers, you still have to be professional about it.
PLEASE, never order from these guys! Iam actually going to open a dispute with the credit card company asap. tired of waiting with no response... on phone or emails...

Then the order was changed and I bought Vertex Corners instead. Now its been over a month with no responce. They never write back or pick up the phone. THE WORST COMPANY!! I just want a refund back. I ordered a Nismo Powerbrace off them about 4 months ago. I called the company about 3 weeks after ordering it and the guy told me it was out of stock and they would have to order it from Japan. I wasnt to mad then... after about 3 weeks after that conversation i gave them a call again...no answer, and for the last 3 months i ve been trying to email them and call them but they dont answer either. I just want my money back. If anyone has any information on how to get ahold of them, maybe another number or something i would greatly appreciate it. First off, youre correct. Wrong section. Expect this thread to be closed very soon.
But, it seems like people post these threads to hopefully get some kind of answer from the company before taking that next step. I would be frustrated, especially when you cant get a hold of a reputable business during normal business hours or via email. If they are purposely dodging you over a few hundred dollar parts that is indeed a bad business practice.
On a side note, I have ordered from Intense with good results.

I emailed asking for a full refund and they finally responded with the refund. Emails asking about the status or expressing my concerns were ignored, but sternly asking for a refund did the trick. Ordered them from RavSpec and had them 5 days later, after waiting for about 4 months for Intense Power.
I am no stranger for waiting for things to arrive from Japan, but a wait should not be that long when things are originally described as in stock. Apparently the container didn't have enough sets or something and that is why they didn't have mine. Oh well...

Intense has been good 1 time on their price of coil overs,which was better Better than anyone. So that's all I can say good.

I'd ordered some dmax/junyan lights and it took them like 4 months to let me know that the lights were never arriving. I did finally get a refund and a friendly explanation, but it took FOREVER and I felt like I was getting ignored.
I'd order from them again, but only for plain-jane shit that's in-stock and commonly available. No overnight parts from Japan, as they obviously can't be bothered to inform people about what is and is not enroute, in-stock, or available.
Good pricing though.
