S14 sr20det cams

Hi. Guys. I need some new cams for my S14 sr20det but I dunno what duration should I go for with stock valve, valve spring, and retainers. I did search around there were 256 and 264 with 10.5mm lift. What are the difference? Thanks.

i run tomei 256 in/ex 11.5mm lift, you dont need to run springs or retainers. i called Tomei themselves and verified. i run those cams, hks 2835, sard 850cc and enthalpy tune and my car rips let me tell you. cams are awesome.
