I bought these brand new for the S13 that I had. They were mounted and I pushed the S13 around alittle bit on them, but they were never driven on. They are as title states 16x7 +25. They come with hubcentric rings and tuner lug nuts with the key. They have brand new 205/55/R16 Ventus HR II tires on them currently. I will dismount them if you don't want them. If you want the tires and someone else wants the wheels I can do that too. I will only ship in the continental U.S. These are pretty flush with the stock body at stock height, could use a spacer on lowered vehicles to get that super tight flush look.
