This billet intake manifold can be used on both FWD and RWD hence the use for the lower plenum for now. All parts are CNC machined in-house so parts will fit perfectly together so when we weld it together there will be less heat thus less flange warpage. This also allows us to o-ring all mating surfaces. This manifold/rail combination is adapted for bosch style injectors. Here onto the pictures :)

I've seen this before, very quality piece.

Will/do you guys sell head flanges for the VE? I'd be interested in an Exhaust and Intake Head flange.

Of course as you can see it still needs the upper plenum to work properly, but we figured we would do the lower one for now as some would like to fabricate and make there own upper.

We will offer the full package pretty soon. And it includes SR20DET

I haven't really looked around or anything, but how did you guys deal with the distributor running into the firewall problem?

Of course talking about using the VE head for a street S-Chassis, not a race prepped one that runs on Motecs or whatever, heh.

Any high quality stand-alone generally eliminates the factory ignition stuff, such as CAS, Distributors and so forth.

You would have to cut a pretty decent sized hole in the firewall to enable the use of the Dizzy or move the engine forward a few inches, but only if you have downs.

Also, remember the SR20VE that are non "20V" have the big clunky solenoids on the back of the head. This also would require a notch if your stuck on keeping the
factory equipment, the way it is.

Okie doke, you will have an email soon sir.

I meant with keeping with OE stuff, and having a DE or DET ECU reflashed to run the VE motors.

The 20V CAS, from what I remember, was kinda hard to get or something, as were the solenoids, so it wasn't that they weren't available, just hard to find someone with them in stock and what not.

I'm not a VE n00b, I've done my fair share of research on it.

However, by the time I quit caring for it, nobody has confirmed the spaces between the back of the 20V CAS and the 20V solenoids. IIRC that motor went into a 510, so it wasn't 100% relevant to an S-chassis w/ an SR block made to work with a VE head.

That's why I was asking about that.

Think someone suggested trying the MR2 CAS, but nobody has confirmed whether it worked or not either.
