ok i listed a car on ebay the auction ended at like $1500 then the guy that won sent me a email saying oh i did not notice the miles were so high. im like are you fucking serious can you not read? then he says i will give you $600 wtf. then i looked up his ebay profile and it says he lives in belgium??

man [email protected]&$ ebay when it comes to selling your car.. i listed my s13 once, no bids ok i was asking too much... than i listed my 190e on there, guy out of state won , he was stationed in europe and had same car so he was coming back and wanted same car, he flaked.. so i relist, and 2nd dude was in another state, wanted to give me a check from his "bank" that they wrote to him and he wanted to sign it over to me and personally pick the car up, i said bring me cash .. he said he didnt want to travel with cash on him , he said "im not going to travel with cash on me, your crazy"... nothing after that, no replies.. I still had to pay fees on that shit.


So yeah selling a car on ebay is tough, seems like most of the people dont know what they are wanting

I used to be an EBAY whore but seems now it's not any better then CL or just shopping online... there is a bunch of ebay stores and it take foreever to pick through everything to find the good deals...i got on there every once in a while but not as much as before

ok so I sold this cell phone on ebay with a sim car for like cheap. So I pack it up and send it out to Vegas Priority mail. Guy gets it. I contact him to see if he is going to posi rate me. He comes back says the sim card was not with the phone. So I go really damn, maybe I left it out by mistake. I look around find it tell him I will sent it out right away. This was on the tenth of feb. So I send it certified mail to make sure he gets it and has to sign for it.

So fast forward to like monday of this week. I am on ebay and notice this guy still has not rated me. So I send another message to him. He sends a message back saying he never got the sim card. I am like wtf? So i get the certified slip go online and check it. The sim card is sitting at his post office in North Las Vegas. It says they attempted to deliver it on the 12th of Feb but no one was home so they left a notice. So I send him the certified number and tell him its at the post office. Fucking next morning his wife files a item not as described claim on paypal asking for $25 back. I am like wtf. I contact them and she is all like I never got the sim card so I bought one. I want you to pay for it. I am like wait a minute. The sim card is sitting in the Post office. You did not contact me to say you did not receive it. I had to contact you. Oh and she claims she never received the notice and the item was lost in the mail! lol
Its right there on the web it says its at their post office and she claims her husband went to the post and they did not have anything for him.

So because the way she did the dispute on paypal, I cannot respond. They are only giving me the option to escalate the dispute or pay her the $25.

The People on ebay are getting as bad as the lowballers on Zilvia.

yea ebay sucks when it comes to selling expensive items. Craigslist is a little better but not by much. I remember selling a jetta and i had some guy from africa trying to scam me!! Good luck w/ the sale!
