power window problems!!!!

yea my driver side window wont go down
the passenger will but no love on my side
a friend of mine said that happened to him and he'd bang the door panel

ive had to do that a couple times but now nothing
is the motor bad?? if so where can i find one

so yea i googled this sortly after posting it
as it turns out anything and evrything about 240sx/silvias
has already been discussed on zilvia.
