Has anyone put a 300Z Master & Slave cyllinders into a 240. It is a different tranny, but do you think that they are interchangable?

Just out of curiosity...Why? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> I've heard of replacing the brake master cylinder when doing the 300ZX front brakes, but nothing about the clutch. You been getting enough sleep up there? HEHE

 perhaps... the 240 one keeps on breaking, so... fix and upgrade, right?

Sometimes...
It was actually my boyfriend's car that had a problem, and it turns out it wasn't the clutch cyllinders, but the problem seemed identical. I still stand by my fix and upgrade theory.

Why don't you go to an autoparts store, and ask them if they have both the 240sx and 300zx........then compare them right there on the spot..........if it looks like it will, buy it, try to install it, if It doesn't work, just take it back.
