Spray your door locks as well. From the inside, take off the panel and shit.

Door opens so much easier when unlocking. Mine used to get stuck alot.

PB Blaster will soak through and dissolve just about anything that is not metal. You'll end up with really clean door hinges, but the bare metal on metal grinding will be worse.

I use wheel-bearing grease. If it's good enough for wheel bearings, it's certainly good enough for door hinges.

Since you're already halfway there, I suggest removing the door handle and inspect the locking mechanism. Most of ones I've seen had the return spring for the keylock broken off due to rust. The broken spring will cause binding.

If yours is broken, you're better off just removing the spring altogether. You don't need it. The spring just helps the key return to the vertical position, which you can do yourself with your fingers before removing the key.
