With a lot of searching and not much finding i felt the need to make a post. I have a 300zx rear end in my s14 and its starting to clunk. Either u-joints or coming from inside the diff. I think i got some play. Any good places where i can buy a oem rebuild kit for my rear. I dont have the money to go cusco or kaaz yet. Some kid at my work said to have jasper do it but i feel like that would just be a waste of money. Since i am able to fix it with a buddy just not sure were to get a rebuild. thanks! pete-

Z32's also have 2 bushings on the differential case. Make sure to check those also.

alright well know i know the cuplrate. I think its the two longer bolts that are 14mm to the subframe. they had a bushing but were shot and i wrapped tape around them for the time being. I took the motor out of my car before i could drive it like that and completey forgot. Cause how often will 300zx rears clunk like in first like a good clunk right from the rear.? gotta be bushings right..

I have a clunk on accel/decel and everything is solid in my s13 (subframe bushings, race engine and tranny soliid mounts, 1 piece driveshaft, hlsd, all heim jointed arms), i think its something in my fuel tank or the dif... i dunno.

dont the bolts that hold the diff in have rubber around them. mine were just regular bolts with nothing.. guess they worn out?
