Chicago 240sx meet

[MI SO FST]

This isn't going to be anything huge with food and all. Its just going to be a time for us 240sx owners to meet up and talk BS. All the other meets that I have had has been like this and was a pretty good turn out (13-15 plus). Feel free to bring your own stuff if you like.

The meet will be at the place where I always have it had, the Forest Preserve on the corner of Oakton and Caldwell in Niles, IL 60714.

Time: 1pm-whenever the sun set or when you want to leave.

There is a thread someone made about a chicago meet, and we were saying that all the usual planners are gone, meaning you, Irena, and Lourans. Plus you were nowhere to be found at the last meet, last year, plus you never really post here.

The sr is doing good. What convention are you talking about?
The national 240sx convention, last year it was in cali, this year its in ATL, not sure who is coming from chicago (80% chance I will go), but its just going to be a bunch of caravans down there, its in the first week of august. Its going to be a drag day, then an autocross day, and then a track day (forget the name of the track).

June 15 is kind of a long ways away. I guess if there are some chicago all nissan meets in the late spring its ok. I would think April would be warm enough so depending on what the all-nissan people are doing maybe we could consider having annother one in april.

Well my car is going underconstruction in the begining of May and I am going out of town for that month. I wanted to to be bigger then the last ones, so I set the date far enough to where people would know about it. But if anyone wants to plan somethink ahead of time, thats fine. I didn't plan for this to be the FIRST meet of the year, just a normal meet.

It is just alittle north of chicago. So just 20mins closer to you. Let me know if you need directions.

You'd better be there Beef. I'm gonna be there and I'm bringing Justin along with me in his newly reworked S14 too. I wanna see lots more people there this year so I can fill up both of my digital camera memory cards ;)

dont mean to jack your post art but if anyone wants to chill earlier, we're doing a dyno day type thing over at CJ Motorsports in Aurora on the weekend of April 5-6; its probably gonna be mostly hondas out there but it'd be nice to see some of the local 240s out there so it will motivate me to get one faster lol :D

Don't laugh at mine. I'm coming in a Ford Windstar :wtc: well at least it'll prolly have future parts for my car. Gotta pick up my hatch and fender and other parts to fix my car that day. So a little of the 240 will be there :D

haha oh man that sucks, we found a replacement white f/b with kouki tail from wisconsin, lol. And found a replacement for the subzeros on a wrx. Damn so your 240 missed it's first meet of the year. And it was a big meet too, at least I took a lot of pics.
