I have a 6-disc in-dash double-DIN CD changer. I got it from my friend's 06 WRX. This was optional on the WRX and STI.

You can get a Metra harness and wire it into any car.

I see older models go for about $150 on ebay. I'm asking for $100 picked up or plus shipping for quick sale.

I know that Metra started making the pigtails into universal. Theoretically you can buy a radio to universal harness, and a universal to car harness. Instant plug and play with no wiring mess.

I don't know if Metra makes a universal harness for this particular part number. Maybe you can ask your local retailer for info.
