I bought a mam power steering high pressure line which is the easier option than buying the oems.
MY problem lies here:

My sohc line which you can not "unscrew" so to speak to stick the new line on.

This is my brothers silvia with the fitting that I need.

A lhd with the mam ps line attached to fitting [thanks Dousan]:

What Im wondering is, which line comes with which year? Is the 89 and 90 different for the ps high pressure line?
I havent seen this question pop up here from what I have searched. I know I will need to find a car with that piece but I just want to see if any other sohc guys had this problem.

Thanks!

Thanks, I tried the junkers today but no luck. The fwd SR has a completely different setup and there were no rwd KA's.

my single cam didn't have that little connector piece, it was just a hollow bolt with a hole in the end, when I switched to a CA18 it used the same bolt, no connecter.

The SOHC line and fitting are completely different, but I don't recall how. Do you have a picture of yours?

no. It bolted up to the ca ps pump without said fitting though with no problems.

The sohc and dohc must be like that anyway! My SR ps pump came with no line so I am going to have to look around for that one piece off of a dohc pump.
