I have a S14 SR20DET
As of right now my car makes a weird ticking noise i don't know for sure if its the sprocket or whatever, but if i unplug the solenoid the motor doesn't change at all, the motor used to shake a little if i unplugged it and plugged it back in, so i dont even think my NVCS is even working.
so im going to just get rid of it.

I've been reading and reading and reading so much about cams i just dont care about keeping VTC, VCT or NVCS or whatever anybody whats to call it now

If I wanted to use the JWT S3 cams, what would I need to do? I did seach and i saw alot of different things

I read I would have to buy a S13 SR20 JWT S3 intake and exhaust camshaft
and I would need to buy a S13 SR sprocket and bolt that gos thru it to the camshaft?

is that it?

wouldn't using the s13 camshaft/sprocket change overlap/timing in a bad way?
would i need a retune if I changed to S13SR JWT S3 cams, even tho i have a S14SR motor?

Hai, get S13 SR20DET cams sprockets to get rid of the VTC.
