So I guess everything got settled alright w/ the neighbor so far? How much did you get?

Yeah it was pretty smooth..... a little longer than expected, but overall not too bad. The adjuster said to fax him a copy of the estimate and he wrote out a check for the estimate sight unseen. It was all handled over the phone. I felt a bit greedy turning in the 1700 dollar estimate, so I gave them the 1350 one and that is what I got. Not bad at all..... now I just gotta get both the cars hooked up :) I can finally go shopping and not just "window shop"
