Hey guys im finaly starting to do some legal racing in my car and i plan to go up to dinwiddie a coming up friday or saturday. I was wondering if you guys know how much the test and tune seeion costs and since im 16 and not the legal owner of my car will i still be allowed to run with a note from my parents(what is this high school?!)?? thanks guys maybe some of you virinia racers can go up there too

It was just under $20 when I went with some buddies this summer. I didn't see anything about being over 18. I think you'll be fine with a liscense. You might be able to get more info off their website.

DMC, check out the site that Tubed gave you. In the "Racing at VMP" section at the main menu, click on that and go to "VMP Rules" in the submenu. Scroll down and read the Insurance Regulations. I think it's pretty much clear cut, so you'll be able to find your answer there.

yea i had found the site and saw u had to be 16 but i couldnt find the insurance and ownership and prices thanks
