Those are HORRIBLE shipping prices for a pair of tires. How did you come up with those?
I've shipped pretty heavy 18" wheels WITH tires from cost to cost for less then that. lol
Used the Fedex and UPS website. Overall tire diameters for the L & W and tire width for the Height. Weight from Toyo website.
The quotes might not be super accurate, but it's what I can come up with the time I have to get them quoted. I guess if I hauled the tires down the Fedex or UPS, I might get a more accurate quote. But who has the time for this not knowing if the guy asking for the quote is going to buy them.

FYI its 10 bucks tops to ship a tire.
tape them together, dont even wrap them, take them to fedex and ship.

What size tire?
From where to where?
Which carrier?
That would be nice, but I can't get those prices on the shipping websites and like I said earlier, I don't have time to go down to the shipping offices to get quotes.
So you're telling me I can ship a tire from LA to NYC for 10 bucks?
If you stand behind your word, I can ship these for $10 bucks each to anyone, but you will pay the difference on the shipping. cool?
If not, stop wasting people's valuable time.

i ship tires ALOT.
we always use fedex.
any size, it doesnt matter.
literally, just tape the tires together and it ships as 1 package. fedex deals with tires all the time, they wont get mad at you they are used to it.
it works out to be about 16 dollars for both tires when shipped like this. 20 bucks for shipping of 2 tires is pretty much what you should charge someone, just to cover the gas to get to the dropoff spot.
most things in fact i use fedex for, just shipped a driveshaft from NC to illinois or something for 12.45
shipped 4 wheels from NC to another midwestern place. each boxed wheel was 12.45 as well (weird)
215's are sold
245/35 18 AVAILABLE
saturday bump,... $250 takes the 245/35 18
