Redtop fuel issue

Ive tried hunting for the answer to this but cant find exactly what i am looking for.
retop sr20det fuel pressure at idle
fuel pressues under a load
im finding that when i turn the key on engine off the fuel pressure jumps to 40 psi and then almost immediatly bleeds off down to 20 psi
also when revved while sitting the highest i am seeing the pressure build is 40 psi and no higher ...normal?
Ive been fighting a lot of stupid crap with my car lately and this just adds to the list any info would be appreciated. thanx

Sounds like your FPR is on its way out, you should see 43psi @ idle with no vacuum attached (if I remember correctly). It's in the FSM.

Don't measure with the vacuum attached from the throttle body.
