Ok so I'm a taking a rb25 out of a s14 and dropping it in my s13 is this a straight swap from the s14 to the s13 or is there a lot I have to re do to do this swap. The wireing is done already and I planned on fishing it thru and not cuttin anything. All of hi gauges work will mine or is there something else involved in that?

Depends on if the S14 is early 95 (OBD1) or later (OBD2). Power for the engine/ecu comes from different places on the OBD2 S14s.
Aside from that, you'll need a new driveshaft, because S14s are a tiiiiny bit shorter overall. Engine/tranny mounts swap right over. Intercooler piping is routed differently on S14's, but you can route it the same as the S13 by cutting the same hole.

Also dont forget, it depends on how the swap is done. Hows the engine mounted? Did he use a RB33 cross member and used the stock mounts or used the stock cross member with an aftermarket swap engine mounts? If its the first, then you'd need to use his cross member too.
As far as the drive shaft, you can more than likely get away with using the S13 shaft that he got.

the drive shaft wont matter . you can use your stock s13 drive shaft but it has to be on a rb20 tranny , if its a rb25 tranny then you need a custom drive shaft . if it turns out that its a rb20 tranny then the only modification you really have to do is cut the dust sheild around the output shaft on the tranny ( the back )
