I just found a pair of gunmetal Wantanabes. They came off of an AE86 and I'm wondering if they are gonna fit my 1990 Fastback. If you all could give me a heads up on this before the week is over I'd love it. I'm going to pick them up on Saturday....IF THEY FIT.

If you know anything about fitting wheels, well, you just asked me a question similar to...
"Did he do it?"
Who? What?
Need size and offset. They're the right bolt pattern.

Weird, I'm a noob...hahaha
That feels weird.
I'm here because well, there have been 3 nights so far this week. I have pulled 2 all nighters...doing nothing. With all this extra time, I need 2 forums.

They're 15x6.5 and 15x7. And the offset is -2 (sorry for not posting that!). Here's a pic of them (2 polished, 2 not polished)...

you'll need about -3 degrees of negative camber to tuck them under!
they'll fit!
if you dont get them let me know, i'll buy 2 of them or all 4 haha (i want the 7.5 ones!!!)
depending on price of course
im serious too!
edit: looking at the pic, doesnt look like -2. should have a HUGE lip. but dont quote me on that. my 0 offset 7" riken mesh had a good 2 or inch lip. the ssrs (borrowed) have a good 2 inch lip too due ot their width and offset. be sure to check them out closely when you get them. look on the back for the sticker or on the hub area it will be engraved into the wheel.

Thanks for the quick reply Dousan! Ohhh I got a mighty fine deal on these babies. I'm making the 3 hour drive to the beach to pick them up. And yes, I'm getting all 4. Thanks again for the help.

how mcuh are you getting them for???
my pleasure. dont worry
just make sure you can adjust the rear camber
and my suggsetions on tires: 205/55/15
slight stretching on the 7.5s and a bit of flex on the 6.5
i have the same setup on some of my wheels. feels great and responds well. also a 205/55 on the 7.5 will also be good because you wont need A LOT more camber to get the tire under. you also wont need as much camber if you roll your fenders. then when the suspension compresses you wont rub the tire w/ teh fender. just fyi stuff. i run into that problem constantly. hence, camber is -3.5 and tonight will be -4 :) hehehe..
edit: and btw, you'll need camber plate and rear upper arms to get around -3 or so degrees neg camber!

Got them on Saturday. They fit good and won't need any camber correction (yet). Just need to put some rubber on them. Thanks alot to Joel the Random Hero on Club4ag fourm for the sweet deal and rims.
