throtle getting stuck!?!

Ok I got a sr20 red top on a s14 with a greddy intake manifold and just put. A t3/t4 top mount on it. Evrything is tits on it xcept when my dam throttle gets stuck.
It only gets stuck when I e-brake and get on the throttle. Ill let off and it gets stuck and revs up by it self. Its done it both times I e-braked. But not when I clutch kick

Anybody has any ideas. I was thinking mayb the TPS but I dought it so if u have some ideas that would help

throttle cable not properly aligned with the T/B Pully causing it to get stuck on top of the pully????

The cable is fine. It only does it when I. E-brake I revd it hard. And hit the throttle hard and it won't do it I thinik its just the t/b that's my best guess the t/b or the cabble

Ill check it out when I'm at home or on brake cuz I'm at work right now..lol
