As the title says, I'm looking for something that is 5k give or take a little. I want something that is extremely reliable and is in good shape. S13 or S14 it doesnt matter. Just want something that is in decent shape and runs well. Post pics with replies please.
NO AUTOMATICS!!!

5k is too much to spend on buying a 240!!!
get one for like 2-3k. The rest of the money save it or buy food for the family holmes!
With 5k you can just get a 240 w/ an SR. 2-3k can get you a 240 w/ a ka24de which i think is better even though i am SR.

$5000 is not bad for a clean 240sx with a redtop sr20det. If you consider that a redtop swap complete with labor runs about $3,500 and a clean 240sx can run you about $1,500. That totals out to $5,000. And if the car has upgrades like intake, exhaust, turbo timer, suspension, body kit, alloy wheels, etc... then those extra things end up costing you nothing.
If you do the math, $5000 is not bad for a good 240sx with an sr20det.

nobody is an sr20 hater im just giving this guy a heads up that its not a bad idea to get a ka24de 240sx for cheap and stay legal(plus ka24de's are good motors). I have an SR20 but im shitting bricks when i see popo.
