S13 dual cam head that was cleaned, magnafluxed, and x-rayed for bubbles. Everything came up super clean, would an awsome head for boost. Comes with valves, rings, springs and other things (hehe I can rhyme :) ). Valves are not pressed in though and either is anything else. Asking $90 picked up and $100 shipped

Sorry I only have s13 ecus, a good way to tell s14 ecus apart is that the have black lableing rather then green. Also do you have a 95 or a 96 because you need to know whether it is OBD2 or OBD1. Just some info for ya. Also a auto ecu would work fine for a 5 spd I do believe, just not the other way around.
