Yeah, that's the same thing that I was thinking. I don't understand why he chose to use the MR2 backend. I would've at least just put the matching Skyline rearend on it.

Damn that thing is ugly (the S15 conversion). At least the Honda with the R33 front had a little taste too it (must have been smokin' crack when he decided on the rear). The funny thing is with the money he spent on the R33 conversion and the B18b engine and other upgrades, he probably could have imported a real R33 for not too much more.
Ah well, this just goes to show one important thing:
Everyone is envious of Nissan!
P.S. Just as not to confuse/upset anyone, I do feel the real S15 is a work of art.

damn not only are ricers driving mostly honda's but looks like posers are too, stupid flavor biten midgets it's like honda people are Copying EVERY little thing that nissan has, it's getting to be just purely lame, "I'm a poser my car ripped off another car who owns my little ricer ass i bet this will make people think i'm fast so they won't even race me and find out i'm really just a poser not even worthy of even being called a ricer let alone a racer" GHEY
ok, i'm done, i had to vent, i so hate people that bite flavor, a conversion is one thing, but when it's converting an total concept disigned for a car of a totally diffrent company thats just pure posser wanna be coolism...
btw i think the current going rate for a R-33 is Vspec 1996 51,500 1995-49,500 STD 1996 59,000, 1995- 46,500 and GT-S is 35,000 for a 96' and 34,000 for a 95' but hey you can get a 1990 R-32 GT-S for 18,000
but also you have to pay to make your car US legal and thats expensive like..
1999-2002 R34 GT-R $25,000
1996-1998 R33 GT-R/ GT-S $25,000
1995 R33 GT-R / GT-S $17,000
1990-1994 R32 GT-R / GT-S $16,000

I just looked at the pic again and it looks like there's a 180SX, or at least an S13 with the 180SX lights, on the other side of the track wall. Or maybe it's a Taurus with the 180 rear c0nVErsION y0. Nice. Just thought I'd point that out.

i must say..even tho i dont condone nissan headlights on honda. that has to be the most DECENT s15 conversion ive seen. unlike integra people cutting it into their bumper this guy did the correct way. even tho the headlights look small compared to everything around it its not that bad i dont think for a civic

I don't think it's the quality of the work that is the problem or anything, the fact is that this guy took two body styles that do not work together. Look how square the rear end is compared to the beautiful curves of the front....terrible.
