Just found out the car is exempt under the 25 year rule with NHTSB/EPA/DOT IT's 49 state legal to be imported back into the USA. Can Not be registerd or titled for California. There is only 1 only DR30 that is red and hacked to crap that is here in california that has a full CA BAR and is legal to drive in california. That is the only one. Well any takers. My price is steep for this car sure but its not something you will find common in japan with all of the options it has.
