whistling noise??

there has been a whistling noise for a while already. i dont thinks its a big deal but just wanna know what it could be.
whenever i rev up it whistles higher, kind of sounds like air

I agree, where is this sound coming from? Exhaust? Intake? Does it happen when idleing? Does it get louder as revs/speed picks up?

sry, it sounds like around the intake manifold , and gets louder as rpms go up

U might just have a little leak somewhere. Or you can check your belts as well

I just had my belts changed other day and I didn't think about it till now after seeing this thread, but my car use to have this supercharged sound like when I was at the drive thru. I could hear it cause I had the window down, and being beside the building kinda isolated the noise from other things. Gotta see if I still hear it..if not more than likely it was the belts all along.

BTW u can get belts local ofcourse, but I got the set off of FR Sport for ka24de so there was no mistake in belt size.

On another note do you have an intake installed?
