Odd to say the least.
Poor guy lived his life ready to enjoy his later years with grand kids and wife...
then giving a gun... and told to go back.
sad sad sad.

Wow, that totally sucks.
Hope he comes back alive and well though. And I certainly hope that they retrain the guy.

I dunno, you live a little bit more wild when your younger... and you balls seem to be HUGE! at 50. My nuts will look like prunes. and all dried up from my younger days... fuck me.
Poor guy. Poor wife.
I guess if you dont retire, and dont write off your warrent? you can be called in... red tape and paper work...
I will pray for him and his safety. I aint even a god junky either... just good vibes need to be sent his way! man.

No one is volunteering. They need to fill boots. My mother was offered 200,000+ to go to Iraq as a contractor.
She is 48 and spent 20 years serving. They still want more from her.

She said spending all in all about six total years away from her kids was enough for her. I tend to agree.
It is a lot of money, but a lot of time and danger as well. If your are a single person fresh out of service it would probably be worth it but not for her(or him).
