Oh Comes with All bulbs but no ballast, you can swap over your old one's as they r the same.

Don't know, but you dont need the whole headlight assembly's for that, Check my other for sale crap and you'll find some ballast and projectors for $100, alot cheaper than buying the whole headlight just to open them up, these would be better for someone who has a 03-04 g35 coupe who want's to upgrade to 07 headlight's.
