I have recently gutted out my 240 & I was woundering what's a easy way to remove the sound deading??

hammer and chissle.

or Dry ice. and rubber gloves (easier way)

To answer your question, there is no easy way. Hammer, chisel and a six pack of Coronas.... for a couple of days. Or if you live in an area where it's currently below freezing, that makes it a whole lot easier to chisel out.

like said above dry ice works pretty good. you can get them at the grocery store and fish markets. Just spread a nice layer on there and leave it till it just about melts. Then grab your chissle and harmmer and go to town. You can prolly do your whole car in a couple hours. Make sure you do ne section at a time or you will run out of dry ice fast.

me and a buddy of mine knocked it all out in a few hrs with dry ice and a hammer..

spread out the dry ice all over the car.... chill for like 15-20 min and that shit should come off fairly quick with a hammer, not that big of a deal

Make sure you wear leather gloves when handling the dry ice or you will get hurt...
