Where to get theses Bolts

Not sure if this is a tech question but here it goes. I know ebay, blah blah blah

I ordered this

It was missing all bolts. I contacted them telling them I didn't get any of them. They sent a package and it only contained the standard nuts and bolts. The ones you can get at any hardware store.

I've contacted them telling them I really looking for the eye type bolts. Circled with a red. They haven't gotten back to me yet.

I wouldn't bolt my seat belt to anything from ebay, it's your life though. Make sure you get graded hardware. May God have mercy on your soul.
