For an RC car, that's bad ass.
I need to buy some plastic cement already to finally start building my model cars.
Argh.

Awesome! I'm guessing HPI as well? I had a nitro rs4 back in the day and a traxxas 4tec (along with so many more haha). Rc was so fun.

awd is needed for drifting
look into a tamiya ta05 chassis very well balanced and priced well
Tamiya Raybrig NSX 2005 TA05 Kit (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXLKT6&P=7)
electronics
put a 27t motor in it like a co27 really good motor
for an electronic speed controller id look into this
DuraTrax IntelliSpeed Auto-Sport Forward/Reverse ESC (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXGZX1&P=7)
its pretty decent and its got reverse
radio and servo up next
Futaba 2PH 2-Channel AM/1 S3003 Servo (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXASX2**&P=7)
comes with a servo and u should be good with it till u wanna move up but if u want a better one right away get a hitec 625mg
batterys should be atleast 3000mah and 6 cell
pick up like 2 or three of these Associated Wolfpack 6C 7.2V 3000mAh NiMH Stick Std Plug (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXTJH3&P=ML)
now were up to the charger
DuraTrax Piranha AC/DC Digital Peak Charger NiCd/NiMH (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXCLD5&P=7)
its pretty decent and has a lcd screen so u can see the amount going into ur batterys and u can keep track of ur batterys life
tires
i reccomend the hpi t drift tires as their really nice mix of abs and rubber
HPI T-Drift Tire 26mm (http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXSGF3&P=7)
ur gonna need 2 sets
u can go to genkidoridori.com to view wheels and bodys and upgrades and stuff

That's awesome.
The funny thing about that RC 350Z is that it has better wheel fitment that a lot of real Zs.
I'm going to get in the hobby...someday.

Nitros are ok, but for drifting i'd pick an electric any day. Nitro is way too fast. Kind of takes the grace out of drifting.
