Front fender: no mods. Just -3 degrees of camber / stretch tires.

Rear fender: roll / pulled - DZ101's run small though. It was pulled for the Falken tires I ran before.... don't think you need to pull if you run DZ101's.

You can put 18x10s on a sti with a slight fender roll, and 18x9.5s on them just fine. but the offset is in the upper 30s though

I have evo brembos on my s14, My CR kais in the same size clear with like an inch to spare.
