That's a copy of the Bomex...because I have the real ones and they look EXACTLY like those.

The JDM ones are designed differently, here is a pic of the real thing.....

I like JDM rear unders designed for JDM bumper. So sad i was just ALMOST ABOUT to get it from Japan for 16000 yen... but got overbid by 1000yen..........dammmmmmn it!~ It matches my stock side skirts.

well since i have the nismo, and will has the oem... hehe I SAY GO FOR THE ALWAYS BUMPER!.. you'd be totally distinctive.. lol

just make sure you paint the middle part near the diffuser black.. looks wicked that way.. and the bumper doesnt look so HUGE

I'd go with the Nismo Edge rear. IMO, It looks the cleanest and nothing too WILD....but thats just me. ;)

basically these rear valence come w/ the sideskirts which are included in a 150000 back when the s14 was new Optional Aerodynamics package.
