So, i turn off my car, turbo timer kicks in, its running smoothly for a while but every now and then it will go to the lowest idle i have ever witnessed. Like the car is about to turn off but it doesn't. It also happens when im driving. Whenever i let off the gas it will shoot down to almost 0 rpm's then slowly build its way back up to normal idle. Today i let off the gas made a right turn and the car completely shut off on me.... Anyone have any ideas? anything would help, thanks

In my opinion i think you might have a boost leak some where. also did you recently get a bov and or change anything? that could be causing it to do what it is doing.

Assuming this happened when you are not in gear, your problem is the open air BOV. If you let go of the throttle when you are driving and your rpm drop to 0, it is just not possible.

nahh man it happened when i was in gear, turning a corner. i didnt replace anything recently. i have a blitz bov. probably is a boost leak but i have no idea where to start to look for it. all of the lines are secure from what you can see from the top of the engine....
when it happened when u were in gear and turning a corner.. were u building boost or maintain accelerator? there is a possibility of a vacuum leak, your timing could be off, tps, and i forgot the last one or could be a combination my friend said, but i don't think it's any of those if your car dies while it's in gear.. When i'm driving my car and i put my car into neutral and i just coast to a red light.. my RPMs drop and almost stall and when i stop my RPM goes back to normal. i'm using a un-circulated (open) HKS SSQ bov.

well, i stopped off acceleration before the turn and then it died right before it. it was pretty much an instant stall. i pulled to the side of the road and it started up fine.
