Timing chain help! ka24de

Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get the timing chain and cam sprockets all properly aligned on a ka24de? The head was removed without first setting at TDC and noting the location of marks on the sprockets and chain!!!

Thanks for the help, but everything was not aligned before dissassembly!!!

Rotate the engine to TDC. Now set the cams. It's not brain surgery. There's no other way to know where the timing is unless you set it manually.
