wow, someone welded one of those tornado shyts for the intake into an exhaust. does it increase the gas mileage and raise the hp upto 20+? :p :D
personally, i like the burnt tip just for the sole fact that it's burnt blue, my favorite color. sadly enough, it's another fad that will pass like the LED tip exhaust and the Rally Monkey.

Dude, the fins inside the piping make the exhaust shoot off. Hmm, maybe this is the REAL Rocket exhaust. This is like having your own personal James Bond or Spyhunter equipped ride. If someone is getting too close to your car, you launch your exhaust out at them and make them back off.

Burn it yourself or you don't deserve to have it burnt
Preburnt tips are just as lame as those ****ing jeans that are preworn on the front or preripped at the bottom.
ppl try way to hard, it's sad...

lol, my thoughts exactly DSC
"let me spend 500 dollars on some clothes that make me look like i dont have money"
"let me spend 30,000 dollars on an SUV that will make me look like i'm rugged and outdoorsy"
"let me buy an exhaust tip that will make me look like I drive my car hard"
The color is kind of cool looking, but the way its burnt on the tip is fake looking. It took me a year or so of really hard driving to get mine a nice golden color. This is how it's really supposed to look:

iirc.........it all started with titanium exhausts. normal steel turns gold (ignoring headers) when it gets hot, whereas i think the titanium turns various shades of blue and purple. so........as usual, the sTuNnA's take something that's damn cool, and make it fuggin ghey.
on the topic of jeans.........yes, when dudes buy the "pre-ripped/dirtied" jeans, it's pretty lame. i wore my jeans for 6 friggin years to get them where they are today. but when chicks have em where it's worn on their thighs right up to their ass, with the little flare at the bottom..........SCWHING.

yeah i was going to say, its titanium exhausts that have the burnt blue tip.
Wow, I actually like the burnt tip look. Lets face it, you're never goign to heat the tip of your exhaust up enough to turn it the purply-blue that titanium will turn, so you may as well have someone fry it for you. :D Okay that's pretty bad logic, but you'd never get it that color otherwise.
Granted, it's a little ricey, but when it's dark out, who's going to be able to tell anyway? heh. I would put one on my car if I could justify spending that kind of money on an exhaust system in the first place! .... or not.
Speaking of these ti exhausts, I drove by a Soarer JZZ30 tonight, with xenons, 18s and a nice subtle body kit. He pulled up to me at the next light, only for me to realize he was rolling on some faaaat Volk GT-C (face 1 front face 2 rears) and had one of those ti burnt tip exhausts... sounded great. So I, naturally, (with my window rolled down) gave him the thumbs up. Seeing as it was a long light, I also asked what he had... my first guess: 1JZ-GTE. "nope..." my second (far fetched guess) ... "2JZ-GTE??"... "yup!". ... w000000000t. I would hit it.

yah, i like titanium, because it's light and it turns color when it gets HOT!
I found one universal off Veilside website, check it out right here:
Veilside Titanium Tear-Drop Muffler (http://www.veilside.com/veilsideusa/muffler/TiMuffler.htm)
The rear section costs like almost $600!!! ...and the piping is only 60mm very good for NA cars that want the cool looks.......
I don't see any of the rice could have that muffler....it's just hard to get, i think .........the price of the muffler (http://shop.store.yahoo.com/wotmstore/veiltittear.html) .....i don't know how any of you guys think of this muffler.......i want it so bad.....!!

Nice car Mike.
And I am glad people on here feel the same way i do about the jean thing.
I have had some long discussions about stupid **** like that. I can see these designers buying a pair of regular jeans and rolling around in the sand to give em that yellow look to em, or the ones the girls wear with the worn out *ss, and the ripped ones are even worse.
At first people used to rip them after they bought em, now they buy them ripped, I even saw some girl wearing some that had the top part of the jeans cut off, thought she did it, but she later on told me they were bought that way. Fad's these days are getting real ridiculous.
The burnt tip looks cool, but it is like giving someone a 240, $4000 coming back and getting your car back with a bunch of mods, you didn't do any of the work. Takes away from the joy of seeing all the work you have done,.

i think the titanium turns various shades of blue and purple Not only that, but any other colour of the spectrum. Pink, gold, orange, red, greens... though it still has a metalic underglow or whatever. I work with metal, and Ive seen some stuff like that. Its pretty cool.

Heh... autoloc (www.autoloc.com) sells a flamethrower kit that you mount on your tip. It supposedly sends flames 20ft rear-ward. Now instead of simply braking for tail-gaters, u can just fry their bumpers :D
