ok so some guy is selling me some work equips 18x9J +38 for the front and im not sure if they would clear z breaks...does anyone know>

Most equips sold in the market doesnt clear Z-brakes. Will need atleast 10-12mm for the most part.
I'm certainly no expert but a 9" wide +38 in the front is probably going to rub your coilovers. That's quite a bit of offset for the front. Hell, that's a lot of offset for the rear. I would look for something in the +20-25 range or lower.

what spacer am i gonna have to rub?....you think it would rub on the fender?

You need to run under a 9J +28 to clear coilovers. So get some 30mm spacers and your wheels will fit OK, you might have to hammer the fender lip a little bit, but it'll look way better then a +38 on a 240.
It will rub.
Just find some wheels that fit. Wheels should fit your car, you shouldn't have to make your car fit your wheels.
